New SKF bearings factory would be founded in China

  SKF bearings Group announced the new factory would be founded in China's shandong province, this investment will promote SKF (SKF) in China and Asia business fast growth.
  The factory will refer to energy and environmental design (LEED) certification standard, when the main production set up used in automobile and truck tapered roller bearing and trucks and, at the same time, the wheel hub unit for industrial market and car market provides services. The decision as a SKF  part of the strategy, in order to strengthen its manufacturing strength in Asia, China and elsewhere in Asia to meet customer's increasing market demand.
   SKF bearings President of car Tryggve Sthen said: "in the Asian area, our car and truck business is growing rapidly in recent years, the area of the product manufacturing and r&d strength increased. The establishment of new factory will be very good to improve existing capacity, thus for China and other Asian countries the customers with better quality, the more rapid service."
  The total amount of investment of the new factory about 590 million kronor (about 600 million yuan). Covering an area of 16000 square meters of the new plant will in the first half of 2012 comprehensive put into use, number of employees about the early 500.
