Timken is expanding its Timken QuiKlean housing unit product line by introducing a series of cast stainless steel housings to increase the flexibility and options of its QuiKlean series.

Timken’s QuiKlean embedded unit product has a one-piece, integrated ?-inch foot base on its cast stainless steel and optically detectable blue thermosetting plastic. This design helps limit the contact area where bacteria can hide, so that it can be washed in all directions and significantly improve the sanitary conditions of the production line. The integrated feet eliminate the need for separate gaskets, while the smooth surface of the housing further simplifies cleaning.
