  Generally speaking, there are 5 methods to extend the service life of Timken  bearings as belows:

  3.The basic monitoring condition.   In using period, we should regularly mointor the basic external operation condition of the bearing, such as temperature, vibration and noise measurement, etc. These regular inspection will detect of potential problems and prevent unexpected phenomenon of machine suspending, make the production plan can be realized, improve productivity and efficiency of the factory.

  4.Relubrication.  In the process of operation, Timken bearings require the correct relubrication to perfect its performance. The method of bearing lubrication divided into grease lubrication and oil lubrication. In order to make the bearing with good function, first of all, we should choose suit for the using conditions and the purpose of lubrication method. If only consider lubrication, oil lubrication with lubricity dominant while grease lubrication can be simplified bearing around structure.

  5.Unloading.  When Timken bearings reaches its deadline, it should be replaced. Although the bearing can no longer be used, but right off the original bearing, timely replace new bearing, can play a positive role in the new bearing's life extension. The proper to unload bearing method skills and tools using, will help to other machines bearing of the maintenance and repair.
